In November of 2012, Lisa Glennie suffered a major stroke. Over the last two years, she continues on her road to recovery and is re-learning simple things we all take for granted. Lisa continues to improve. OHIP does not provide on-going care for stroke victims. Lisa’s Journey of Hope was created to help Lisa and others like her in the broadcast industry who have experienced a stroke and need assistance. The charity has recently helped Q107 employee, Dave Mazmanian, who suffered a stroke in 2013.
Lisa’s Journey of Hope fundraiser is an incredible night of GREAT entertainment and food. All guests are eligible for fantastic door prizes plus there will be a silent auction and live auction with incredible items to bid on.
