Over the weekend, “Hurricane” Hazel McCallion passed away at the age of 101.
The former Mayor of Mississauga held the position for 36 years and commanded the admiration and respect of everyone who knew her.
Her successor, Bonnie Crombie, The Morning Zoom with Sam & Jane to look back on the legacy “Hurricane Hazel” left on the city of Mississauga and Canadian politics as a whole.
