Coming up this Saturday at 1pm on Finding Your Bliss, Life Coach and Bliss Expert Judy Librach is joined by the author of the bestselling “Let’s Talk About EX, Baby”, Karen Zeifman!
Karen Zeifman is a Digital Specialist and Senior Copywriter with over 20 years of experience working with some of the world’s most recognized brands. “Let’s Talk About EX, Baby” is Karen’s first book but not her first bad relationship. She currently lives in Toronto, Canada with her 12-year-old son and Scottish Fold kitten Holly, searching for her next noteworthy EX.
“Let’s Talk About EX, Baby” is a laugh-out-loud (followed by a good cry) entertaining and brutally honest collection of mishaps that will make you rethink how you search for love. But don’t start scrolling Kijiji for cats just yet. Every cautionary fail is meant to nudge you in the right direction – towards whatever your Happy Ending looks like to you. Unabashed and unfiltered, author Karen Zeifman’s voice and candour will appeal to anyone still trying to strive and thrive after a bad relationship. If you’ve ever been:
Then this hilarious tell-all is for you. A reminder to both women and men everywhere that our Experiences are always lessons learned.
Also on the program, we have talented singer Rochelle Coleman!
Rochelle believes that music levels all playing fields and unites humanity. She started her music career early in life playing Oliver in the City of London production at the age of 8. She took every opportunity to engage in all school activities and by the age of 12, had performed as a local Hamilton Ontario performer on Tiny Talent Time.
Rochelle attended Unionville High School’s Arts York program as a piano and singing major and embraced all genres of music- with a specific interest in both musical theatre and top 40/rock/country.
In 2005, Rochelle won the Nashville North Country Music competition and had the privilege of experiencing the recording studio for the first time. She then won a Microsoft Global ‘Idol’ competition – having the privilege of performing in front of 18,000 attendees at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
Most recently, Rochelle has competed in the World Karaoke Competition – and this year placed 3rd nationally with her duet partner. She also is an alumnus of the Unsung Hero Production cast and feels it’s a privilege to ‘perform for good.’
You will find Rochelle focused on her local band ‘Sugar’ along with solo performances across the GTA. And if connected to her social media – a new performance every week aims to make folks smile!
