Communities in the Greater Toronto Area and across the province hosted Terry Fox Runs Sunday to help raise money for cancer research.
Participants could run, walk, bike or roller-blade on local courses as part of the 32nd annual event.
Fox — who launched his Marathon of Hope run after losing a leg to cancer — died in 1981 after getting about half way across the country.
The Terry Fox Runs — held around the world — have raised millions of dollars for cancer research.
