Premier Kathleen Wynne has warned Tory Leader Tim Hudak to reign in allegations he’s made against her, or else.
Wynne doesn’t spell out what that would be, but she wants Hudak to stop saying the Premier “possibly ordered” the destruction of documents releted to the scandal involving the destruction of gas plants in Oakville and Mississauga.
She also wants Hudak and his caucus to stop repeating his claims in current party communications.
If not, Wynne says she’ll take what she calls all necessary and appropriate action to ensure Hudak’s statements are corrected.
A spokeswoman for the Premier wouldn’t say what speciaific steps would be taken, and Hudak’s office hasn’t commented.
