A poll taken by the Bank of Montreal says Canadians fear medical costs will be their biggest financial burden as they become older Zoomers.
According to the bank’s report, titled, “Living to 100: The Four Keys to Longevity” those polled think they will have to spend on average, over 53-hundred dollars every year in out-of-pocket medical expenses after they reach the age of 65.
74 percent believe it will be their biggest expense in their years as older Zoomers.
They believe their second biggest expense will be for food, clothing and other day-to-day essentials.
