A hit by singer Petula Clark is the title song for a new musical about a young girl from the U-S Midwest who moves to New York City in 1965.
“Sign of the Times” will make its opening night performance on July 29th at the Terris Theatre in Chester, Connecticut.
The show will also feature other songs made famous by the now 83 year-old Clark, including “Don’t Sleep in the Subway,” “I Know A Place,” and her biggest hit, “Downtown.”
Hits from that era made famous by other artists will also be used in the show, including “These Boots Are Made For Walkin,” and “The Boy From New York City.”
