Ontario’s PC party will re-consider the controversial nominations of as many as six candidates. It’s being reported that party officials will meet Friday night to discuss evidence of ballot stuffing and invalid memberships. The disputed nominations include Scarborough Centre and Ottawa West Nepean. Since the resignations of former leader Patrick Brown and President Rick Dykstra, the party has overhauled the committee that approves nominations. The party’s interim leader, Vic Fedeli, said last week he’d work to “root out any rot” in the party.
