The Queen’s 99 year old husband has been admitted to a London hospital after feeling unwell.
According to Buckingham Palace, Prince Philip has been taken to King Edward the Seventh Hospital as a precautionary measure.
He is expected to remain there for a few days of observation and rest.
Philip, also known as the Duke of Edinburgh, retired from public duties in 2017.
He and the Queen, who turns 95 on April 21st, have been staying at Windsor Castle during England’s COVID-19 lockdown.
