LOVE BOAT PRODUCER DIES AT 89

He produced some of the most successful television shows of the 20th century including “The Love Boat in the 1970s.

Douglas S. Cramer,  ….who produced shows like “The Love Boat” and “Dynasty,” in partnership with Aaron Spelling, has died of kidney failure.

Cramer had a long career, producing or helping to develop shows like “Peyton Place” in the 60’s, “The Odd Couple” in the 70s, “Hotel” in the 80s and a string of TV movies based on novels by Danielle Steel in the 90s.

In later life, he used his substantial wealth to become a leading art collector.
