Toronto’s first 12-hour pothole repair blitz of the year is Saturday, April 2.
From sunrise to sundown, crews will repair as many potholes as possible on expressways, major roads and neighbourhood streets.
The repair blitz will start at 6 a.m.Saturday morning and will see approximately 45 crews or 120 staff repairing potholes throughout the city. City staff will work a 12-hour shift until 6 p.m.
Residents driving or cycling are advised to expect minor delays around crews.
More than 50,000 potholes have been repaired since January 1 and the city has budgeted about 4.4M to fix them.
You can report potholes by calling 311 or access 311 online at the city’s website
