Atlanta’s Midtown Music Festival, that draws tens of thousands of fans each year, has been cancelled.
The reason is that Georgia’s gun laws wouldn’t allow organizers to ban firearms.
The so called “Safe Carry Protection Act” expands the state’s already permissive gun statues to grant residents the right to pack heat in bars, churches, schools and other private businesses with the owners permission.
Refunds are being processed now for the cancelled event that was set for September 17th and 18th.
