Prince William and wife Kate are making their first overseas trip since the death of his grandmother Queen Elizabeth in September.

The Prince and Princess of Wales are in Boston for a three day visit where the winners of William’s competition “Earthshot” will be announced.

The Earthshot Prize is awarded to five winners each year for their contributions to environmentalism.  It was first awarded in 2021 and is planned to run annually until 2030.

Each winner receives a grant of 1 million pounds to continue their environmental work.

Tomorrow, the royal couple will meet with U-S President Joe Biden.
