Fans of Canada’s legendary band “April Wine” will be interested in hearing that the band’s founder, singer, guitarist, writer and producer has announced his departure from touring with the group.

 

However, 74-year old Myles Goodwyn will continue to lead and write for the band and produce their recordings.

April Wine has sold more than 10-million albums world wide, Goodwyn and the other members of the group were inducted into the Canadian Music Hall Of Fame and received the Canadian Music Industry Lifetime award in 2010

Goodwyn’s final live performance is scheduled for March 2, 2023 in Nova Scotia, where it all began in 1969.
