They’re back.

A couple of dozen Blue Jay players kicked off spring training in Dunedin, Florida yesterday ahead of the 2023 season.

On the first day, pitchers and catchers kept busy in one area of the team’s spring training complex, others took swings in the batting cages or played catch in the outfield.

The focus now turns to preparation for the spring training opener against the Pittsburgh Pirates, February 25th.

The regular season opens for Toronto, on the road, in St. Louis, March 30th
