The awards season juggernaut “Everything Everywhere All at Once” was the big winner at last night’s Screen Actors Guild Awards.
At 94 years old, acting veteran James Hong accepted the cast in a motion picture award and reminisced at how things have changed since he was told early on, that Asians weren’t good enough actors or healty at the box office.
The film also delivered best acting awards to Michelle Yeoh and Ke Huy Quan and Jamie Lee Curtis.
Canadian-American actor Brenden Frazer took a top acting award for his career reviving turn in “The Whale” and encouraged all actors to stick with it as he did over the years.
The SAG Awards are often seen as a preview of what to expect when the Academy Awards are handed out March 12th
