Her fans are playing her records while Dolly Parton keeps breaking them.
The 77-year-old singer, songwriter has broken the record for longest span of Number 1 hits on the top country albums chart for a female — just over 43 years.
Parton’s also broken records for most studio albums released by a female country artist — 65 — and most Top Ten albums by a female country artist — 48.
Her seven other Guinness World Records include first country singer to be nominated for an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony Award and most Grammy nominations for a female country artist.
Her 49 studio album –Rockstar — is to be released this November.
