Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird says Canada will continue to have a ”made-in-Canada foreign policy” based on Canadian values and principles.
The NDP is accusing the Harper government of selling out its foreign policy to the British under a plan to share some embassies with Britain.
But Baird is dismissing those concerns, calling the sharing policy a small ”administrative” matter.
Baird talked about the cost-cutting policy after meeting British Foreign Minister William Hague this afternoon.
