B.B. King’s daughters are going to court again to make sure their father got proper care before he died. A hearing is set for Friday in Las Vegas to decide whether King’s heirs can have access to his medical records. King’s daughters Karen Williams and Patty King have accused their father’s business manager, LaVerne Toney, of hurrying up their father’s death and they want to see the medical records.

A lawyer for the B.B. King estate calls the hearing an effort by disgruntled family members to get attention. A coroner said last month that an autopsy found no evidence to prove the daughters’ claims that B.B. King was poisoned before he died May 14th.
