People barred from entering the United States during Donald Trump’s first attempt at a travel ban from 7 Muslim-majority countries, can now get U-S government help in reapplying for a visa.
A lawsuit that arose after the initial ban saw hundreds of travelers detained at U-S airports, has now been settled.  Under terms of the settlement, the American government has agreed to notify anyone who was banned so they can reapply for entry with the help of a liaison from the Department of Justice.
Several courts stayed the initial ban.  A revised version, with limitations set by the U-S Supreme Court, is now in place.
