Zoomers of a certain vintage will welcome news of a new album from The Who but first singer Roger Daltry will under go surgery Friday to remove a growth on one of his his vocal cords.
Daltry says while he was skeptical they could put out a decent album at their age, it turned out very well.
The new album is called “Who.” It will be released on December 6th.
Guitarist Pete Townshend says the album has been ready since June, but they held it back because they wanted to sell it to Christmas granddads.
Yesterday, The Who became the first inductees into the new Music Walk of Fame in London.
