Rock ‘n roll’s bad boys are tackling retail.
Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts are launching their own shop on London’s fashionable Carnaby Street.
They’ll be selling everything from chairs to glassware with Baccarat engraved with the band’s famous tongue logo.
Chairs and scarves are from upmarket brand The Soloist and raincoats and hats from Swedish raincoat brand Stutterheim.
Traditional merchandise like T-shirts will also be available.
The boys have even made ‘Stones Red’ an official colour and a collection celebrating the Stones’ official Pantone colour will also launch the shop September 9.
The shop, called RS No. 9 Carnaby, will have a glass floor which will feature song lyrics, while the fitting rooms will be dressed up with famous album artwork.
The window features a soundwave installation taken from the opening to the 1966 hit ”Paint It Black”.
The group’s continuing album and single releases will be ”at the heart of the shop’s pulse” and speakers will play tracks including the upcoming release of the remastered ”Goats Head Soup” album and ”Scarlet” single.
