Toronto’s mayor says it’s time to bring back Takeout Wednesdays now that we’re in another lockdown to curb the spread of COVID-19.

John Tory says we should get the same campaign going again since it was popular during the 3 month lockdown back in the Spring.

“We should have people takeout dinner tonight from restaurants to make sure that they’re at least able to have a life line in addition to what the governments are doing for them during this now 25 days we have left,” Mayor Tory explained on CP24.

Mayor Tory says in the same way, do your holiday shopping by curbside pickup with local shop owners.
