In a meeting with the editorial board at the Globe and Mail, Mayor John Tory said that he is ready to bring in revenue tools to help pay for transit and other city priorities. That is in direct opposition of Budget Chair Gary Crawford who told Libby last month that revenue tools are not remotely on his radar. Libby speaks with Simon Gaudreault from the Canadian Federation of Independent Business about what this might mean.
