City Council is debating whether to drop a by-law prohibiting road hockey on Toronto streets. Proponents of allowing kids to play have a powerful ally at Queen’s Park. Minister of Child and Youth Services, and MPP for Don Valley East Michael Coteau has written a letter to council asking the by-law to be dropped. The Minister joins Libby to talk about it.
