Ontario Finance Minister Charles Sousa delivered the 2018 budget at Queens Park on Wednesday with something for nearly every demographic including Ontarians who are 65 and over. Premier Kathleen Wynne explained after the budget came down that this plan is about putting in place resources so people can care for themselves and care for their families. We spoke with experts Laura Tamblyn Watts, CARP’s National Director of Law, Policy and Research and the Ontario Medical Association’s President-Elect,Dr. Nadia Alam to get their take.
