A centrally located Toronto seniors residence is the latest victim of the city’s real estate boom. 150 Residents at Davenhill Senior Living, a not-for-profit, assisted-living home in Rosedale, just found out the building has been sold, so they need to get out and find new homes by the end of the year.

This is having a devastating effect on the elderly residents including Anne Washington who joins Libby Znaimer along with her daughter Catherine Nasmith, Toronto Councillor Mike Layton and CEO of AdvantAge Ontario, Lisa Levin.
