This week onThe Conspiracy Show Richard welcomes the former brother-in-law of the late Jim Morrison to discuss the life and mysterious death of The Doors charismatic lead singer.
Guest: Alan Graham was part of the inner circle of the Morrison family. He was married to Jim Morrison’s sister, Ann. As a member of the Morrison family, Alan was privy to information that the outside world could only guess about. Alan served as a consultant to Oliver Stone’s film “The Doors”. Alan is the author of I Remember Jim Morrison, which is an intimate a portrait of Jim Morrison’s character and the forces which shaped his life and death.
Alan grew up in Liverpool, England, where he worked at a variety of jobs, including a stint in a tailor shop, right around the corner from the Cavern where the Beatles and the Zombies got their start. Alan met and married Anna in England in 1967 and moved with her to California where his new brother-in-law was just beginning to capture the imagination of a generation as the lead singer of the Doors. Alan and Anna were later divorced (in 1986), and Alan now lives in the San Diego area. He is at work on a film project entitled, The Great Jim Morrison Baby Scam.
