Prime Minster Harper and Opposition Leader Tom Mulcair are expressing their condolences following a terror attack that left 12 people dead in Paris today. Harper tweeted that he was horrified by the barbaric attacks. Mulcair said he was shocked and disgusted by the news of a mass shooting. Paris police say masked gunmen opened fire with automatic weapons at the offices of a French satirical magazine that had previously drawn condemnation from Muslims over cartoons lampooning the Prophet Muhammad. French President Francois Hollande has labelled it a terrorist attack.
