Cyclists accidents are becoming all too common in the city in the last few years, with another fatality just last night.
It was a tragic ending for a two cyclists in Vaughn after one cyclist was killed and another left in serious condition.
Police say a car traveling southbound on Dufferin between Steeles and Clark went out of control and struck a northbound car head-on.
One of the cars then struck a utility poll which fell into two cyclists who happened to be riding by.
One of the cyclists is dead, the other is in hospital. One of the drivers has been charged.
No one in the cars was injured.
